INVENTORY, ORDERS, AND AUTOMATION

Koongo automatically synchronizes your stock levels across all connected channels on a continuous basis. On Pro plans, inventory updates happen as frequently as every 5 minutes. This means that when a product sells on bol.com, the available quantity on Amazon, Zalando, and your own webshop is updated automatically, preventing the same item from being sold twice.
When a product sells and your stock reaches zero on any channel, Koongo automatically updates the quantity to zero across all other connected channels. This prevents the same item from being ordered again on another platform before your stock is replenished. The update happens automatically without any manual action required.
Koongo handles the full order cycle, not just listings. When an order comes in from a marketplace like Amazon, bol.com, or Zalando, it is automatically imported into your e-commerce platform. Once you ship the order, Koongo sends the tracking details back to the marketplace. This eliminates the need to log in to each marketplace separately to manage orders.
Koongo updates pricing, availability, and inventory data automatically. On Pro plans, updates run as frequently as every 5 minutes. This ensures that price changes and stock movements in your store are reflected on all connected channels quickly, reducing the risk of selling out-of-stock items or displaying outdated prices in ads.

TROUBLESHOOTING AND PERFORMANCE

Google Shopping rejections are most commonly caused by missing GTIN or EAN codes, incorrect pricing compared to your website, low-quality images, vague product titles, or missing required attributes like product category or condition. Koongo validates your feed before submission and flags errors with specific fixes. It also automatically pulls pricing and availability directly from your store, eliminating the most common source of price discrepancies.
The most common reasons for bol.com rejection are incorrect or missing EAN codes, incomplete product descriptions, low-resolution images, wrong category mapping, or pricing errors. This happens when your Facebook product catalog feed is not refreshing automatically or is updating too slowly. If the feed is only updated once a day or less, prices and availability in your ads quickly fall out of sync with your actual store. Koongo connects directly to your e-commerce platform and pushes updated feed data to Meta on a frequent, automated schedule, so your dynamic ads always show current prices and only available products.
